Our Super Sam is 15!
He's just about to finish the 9th grade,
He has grown so much this year,
and he has proven himself to be a very hard worker.
He works hard at church, does his chores at home, loves the piano.
He transitioned from the violin to the viola this year
and has had some neat opportunities to perform in the community.
He has completed all of his needed merit badges for Eagle,
and even had a project approved,
but it fell through due to changes in community leadership,
so he's looking for a new project.
He spends a lot of time working hard in school.
(This would be funny, if it wasn't so true)
He had a pretty tough course load this year.
We are hoping next year will give him a little more free time,
but at least he doesn't have much time to get into trouble.
For his birthday, I surprised him with donuts at seminary
He then headed to school to take his first AP test
I picked him up when he was done
and we headed to Waffle House for lunch
Pizza and Ice Cream sandwich cake
with his friends at our house.
And then we headed to the Fun Park for
laser tag, go-karts and mini golf.
