A few weeks ago, Jer had a craving for pineapple upside down cake - but not just any cake, it HAD to be dutch oven pineapple upside down cake. As long as I didn't have to do it, I was all for it (not to mention it was his turn to make the treat for FHE - Jer said that it was only fitting that we have a dutch oven dessert since the lesson was on "Patience and Perseverance"!). I'm always happy to let him do the cooking, but he doesn't have much time for it, so it is a real treat when he does. Besides, I can't compete with this...
